Charger failure after software upgrade

I recently had a service with warranty "upgrade" to the porsche charger. Afterward, the charger would intermittently stop during overnight charging. At first, the dealer said it must be my house electrical system. Then I sent them a video of the charger in fault mode with the charger light flashing. Attached. They now say they found the problem and are replacing the charger. I never had a problem before the software upgrade. Anyone else have this problem?
