Communication issues mobile phone Taycan

I recently posted that we had a problem communicating between a mobile phone and our 2025 Taycan 4S, is it worked okay when travelling in Canada but has not worked since we returned back to the UK 2/6/26
Was mentioned by several people that they appear to be a server problem,
I called in at Porsche Mid sussex today , they also could not get the phone to car connection and they also thought there was a possible problem. They have had several customers with the same issue

More on the problem , mobile phone to Taycan, here is an update from the Porsche dealer
I can now see that an issue has flagged up with the servers for the app and updating live data on Taycans.

I suggest keeping trying to log in to the car, and it might be a good idea to reset your My Porsche password, which may help the car log in.

Keep trying to log in this week, and as soon as we have an update, I'll let you know.
