Connection issues

Taycan still worked yesterday, PCM 6 for context, will have to check today.
Our Cayenne and Macan with PCM 5 have no data connectivity via built-in LTE.
However, if I connect PCM 5 to external internet connection, everything works fine.
Works fine means you can: Porsche ID Login, Nav Traffic lines, Nav Destinations load, Weather data.

Where should we be reporting issues?

If you are on IOS (dont know about Android) open the app when there is an issue, shake from side to side, and a report page will pop up. That sends to the support team.
They did respond once but mostly you don’t hear anything back. However if we all bombard them with problem reports each time the car loses server access or the server decides the car is in privacy mode, perhaps they will look into it.

Forgot again about the Tuesday thing. However, last night’s OVO Anytime charge seems to have worked ok. Perhaps Porsche didn’t bounce the servers last night, or maybe they were back up by 00:10 and 02:08 when the car was actually charged.

Bit harsh. I actually got a call about 3 weeks after I emailed, to see if it was okay now.

I plugged into my Podpoint charger at around 4PM on Tuesday and after a few minutes the Octopus app on my iPhone told me that my charge plan had been mapped. Normally, the charging goes into a pause state until the appointed time, but not yesterday. At around 7:30PM it was still charging. Maybe trying an intelligent charge on a Tuesday is not a good idea after all…

Odd things happening this afternoon. Porsche app shows my car but no info or control. Only directs me to the Porsche website to ‘check my subscriptions’.

I think them fixing mine borked it. Mine's now dead too.

Just as Octopus fitted a smart meter and linked to it so I could flick onto Intelligent Octopus.
