Mines out like everyone else.

The complete lack of any communication / explanation / apology is just bizarre.

At the same time, I got an email offering me the chance to buy all manner of useless overpriced tat from the Porsche store for Christmas.

Do they just not get customer service? Serious question.

It all came back up at 0030 or so last night.

Managed to do my IO test charge. For some reason it stopped at 83% charged - should have easily been able to get to the 85% requested (was at 72% when plugged in, test charge done at 0030 or so with enode slots set up, ready time of 0700, 7kw charging).

Many foibles with the IO app. It's VERY basic. Losing timed pre-heating is a pain at the moment. As is not having different departure times across days.

Will see how it goes for a bit and see how many extra hours I get. But may end up simply reverting to car timers.

I just received an email from porsche smart mobility apologising for the delay getting back to me.

The short version is they said: "Porsche AG advised us of some unplanned maintenance and server issues over the last couple of weeks. These should now be resolved and services fully functioning."

So no more problems. Ever.
