Just curious what expectations you may have if your 3 month old Taycan was in the shop for 5 or 6 weeks.
In short, my Taycan has been at my Porsche Dealership because the car stopped charging at home. I could only charge from DC Chargers. They took a bit of time to figure the issue out. They figured it was the OnBoard Charger that needed replacement. The new OnBoard Charger took 3 weeks to get to the dealership from Germany.
The dealership is also running the other major update on it (AN6?).
I still haven't had word that I will be able to pick it up soon and it's been at least 5 weeks.
Would you expect some sort of compensation? Something from the Porsche store?
I am reasonable. I'm not raging mad. I recognize that there are issues with parts given all the issues of the war. I'm simply left feeling a bit disappointment in the "Porsche Experience"...especially given that I have a Base Model Macan as a loaner.
