My MY 22 RWD Taycan continuously throws up a ‘complete charge’ message and stops charging at random
Intervals when plugged into my new Zappi V2. I’ve adjusted the power from 7kw right down to 2 kW to see if that helped but to no avail.
However, it works fine when I use the Porsche mobile charger. Any ideas what might be going on?

Have you tried rebooting your Zappi? - unlock it (PIN code) and press/hold the 3 horizontal lines. I've no idea if this will solve your issue but I've had to do this a couple of times to fix charging woes.

Worth also doing firmware updates on the Zappi. There are several different processes depending on how it’s connected to the internet, but the are documented on the MyEnergi site.

Reducing power won't help and will lead to errors in any event - there is a minimum level of power needed.

Try the reset (power off) and check firmware as suggested.

Check no programming is enabled on your EVSE.
