Hi - I’ve attached the ’schedule’ for mine which entered production last week and is apparently due end of November at the dealer. Although they did say to take any dates with a pinch of salt . It will be interesting to see how all the other October cars above actually deliver .

I have Nov 3 build date and was told Nov 28 delivery.
I have questioned the chat about delays and my dealer says that they are still expecting to be able to keep to this timeline, but leave an extra week as contingency - Porsche Reading.
I am always a little sceptical about such things, but he does seem to have a handle on what is happening.

The cars spend a week each in Emden and Sheerness! WTF are they doing with them there. My build completed October 16th, it is now in Eden and am expecting it to dealer 1st week of November, they need a week to PDI and get the guys in to prep and ceramic coat the car, so I am thinking 2nd week of November for collection right now.

My car landed in sheerness on 20th and my rep tells me earliest he can confirm a delivery date would be end of this month!

Your schedule matches mine exactly other than mine is entering Grimsby port in the UK on the same date as yours states.

Hoping that mine (ours) are now complete and sat at Emden given the fact some other people with similar dates to us have had it confirmed there cars are at Emden. I am awaiting some update from my OPC

As the delivery gets closer it seems to be more and more difficult to wait don't you think?

Just heard from the OPC. So mine has left the factory compound today and is on its way to Emden. He is saying that all is set for delivery around the 20th all being well and that may come forward if it leaves Emden in good time

Looks like we had cars built on the same day ( both 4s) . Fingers crossed - its getting real close

Yes, suspect I’m in the same boat, pun intended. Being told 20th November, but they’re suggesting possibly in 2 weeks. Porsche Belfast.

If your dealer has his cars delivered to Grimsby, the vessel they use is called the Main Highway, which I am told is docking at Emden today. Its used by the VW group so not exclusively for Porsche but hopefully our cars are on it (I was initially told my car was to go to Sheerness but recent update shows Grimsby). Assuming our cars get on that boat today/tomorrow, it takes a day to sail to Grimsby. Then who knows....PDI at the port and assuming there are enough cars to fill a trailer for your dealer, it could be next week but that may be my wishful thinking (added in with my dealer giving me the best case scenario). If it misses the boat today, assume 3 days before it returns (one day sailing to Grimsby, 1 day discharge at Grimsby, 1 day return to Emden)...maybe too much information but as you can tell - Tier 2 lockdown, the car is a welcome distraction...

Thats very informative, thank you. I have just googled vessel tracking and found this online. It would appear it is due at Emden tomorrow at 2pm

Looking on google earth it is quite a journey from the factory to Emden.

I guess the question is whether there is a backlog of cars at Emden before our cars are loaded onto the vessel.. Hopefully not
