Thanks for the comment. I live in south Florida so winters are non-existent. Car came with the all seasons this time.The new Michelin Cross Climate 3 Sport variant is looking to (slightly) upset this balance.
On a track and at the edge of performance driving - I fully agree that a summer will always be the best - but for normal (spirited) road driving, this new Michelin is proving to be quite a good tyre in the summer.
I have put these new Michelins on my F82 M4 - and they are as good as the previous Pilot Sport 5S summer tyre - for spirited road driving (or as much my skill allows).
I got a bit tired of swapping the M4 to winters (Michelin Alpine 5) each autumn and then back to summers - and these new tyres (at least in this UK summer) have been brilliant.
