Do the wheels affect the range? If the wheel affect the range, how long is the range?

And does the 22kw onboard charger make a difference?

Choice of wheels and tyres do impact the range as do many other factors (weather, temp, use of AC and do on). I wouldn't get hung up on it however.

There is a calculator on the Taycan microsite.

Most people don't bother with 22kW AC charging option and really depends on what your local infrastructure is like. (Public and at home).

For public charging you should target DC chargers for speed of charging.

Not so much. Terrain, temperature and driving style are the major factor. If you want to optimize, buy 19" wheels and pump them up to 3 bar.

Porsche has a good range calculator on their web site that allows you to determine the impact of the size of the wheel on the range after you have specified model (4S, turbo, etc) and the proportion of driving that you do in the city, on country roads and on the highway/motorway. It has corresponded very well with my experiences so far in real life - on 21" wheels, mainly city and motorway, 327 km on an 85% charge.
On the RWD/4S you also need to specify whether or not you have the bigger battery.
I do not have the 22kW charger but this does not add any significant weight (I asked and dealer could not confirm exact weight) or impact on range but may be helpful for charging depending on your location.

I tried it, 19 and 20 inch wheels get about the same range, 21 inch wheels get 17 kliometers (10.5633) less range.

Eventually found this on the Porsche UK website, wonder why the US site does not have one. It suggests that the 20" Turbo aero wheels have slightly better range than the standard 4s 19" wheels.

Nice. For RWD with 25C and 50% city, 50% motorway (highway I guess?), the diff between the 20 inch wheels and 21 inch wheels is almost 20 miles. Quite larger than expected. Not sure why but it seems the country road is the best for the range...

I was wondering the same. Would have expected that the motorway/freeway miles would be the most efficient.

The Tesla with 21” wheels is also significantly lower range than with the standard wheels, although I don’t believe they admit this publicly anywhere. I am guessing it’s down to additional weight and extra friction due to more rubber in contact with the road?
