Electrify America - Navigation for working properly

Hi.
Has there been a recent update to the navigation EV charger filtering? I was traveling yesterday and chose "Porsche Charging Service" under the navigation EV charger filter options and search came back with no results (see attached). I used to be able to get the electrify america chargers using that option.
Also, I noticed that if I unselect the "Porsche Charging Service" option, I don't get the number of available chargers at stations any more on the map, only an arrow with the location.
My iPhone Porsche app still displays all electrify america chargers and their availability, so this seems to be an issue with the car navigation system only.

I have seen, fairly regularly, issues such as yours. I have found that simply waiting a while and re-trying typically fixes the issue.

That having been said, prior to travelling, I will have researched L3 chargers and have a list so I can navigate there no matter what. ....this is still not a fully mature technology, eh?

Just finished a 4,300 trip along the East coast. I’ve noticed the route planner frequently selected a non EA station although one was available within 25 miles along my planned route. I cross check EA availability with the EA app, and enter the EA charger in place of the EVGO or Francis Energy chargers the Porsche trip planner suggests. Maybe this is Porsche’s way of cutting costs for free charging?

I noticed the same today it was trying to send me to a 50kw Shell recharge station with EA close by. I ignored and drove to EA.

Tangential question, if a station isn't shown in the onboard NAV then pre-conditioning can't occur?

In such a situation, what is the recommended option? Being a nerd and watching too much YT, is driving in Sport Plus the next best thing?

Put in a nearby charging station (to kick off battery conditioning) and navigate using CarPlay on your phone (NOT thru the PCM)..a real Pain in the A..... but it will work!

I did some more searching and see that as a suggestion - pick something in the onboard NAV or Sport Plus and get a little frisky.
