Be careful with those connectors, managed to drop mine in such a way it hit the trigger and broke one of two posts on the microswitch used to detect when the plug is inserted. I believe the broken post means that its moving and closing the circuit when it should be open.
Replacement cables are ~$700
Currently trying to avoid going down that path...
