Extra lights, anyone? Considering Baja S2 Pro LED

Hi,
I wonder if anyone installed extra-lights on the Taycan (Cross Turismo)? I'm considering the Baja S2 Pro LED which generates several types of beams - I want the high-beam mixed option with clear 5000K lightning. This would give me 2,450 lumens extra each for around 400 bucks for the pair.
I'm uncertain about the insane number of wires when looking beneath the frunk - and can't find any advice if it's possible.
I think they would flush-mount quite nicely (see mock-up pic)

Unfortunately those locations have active vents that open and close so I think you’re out of luck. The middle of the grille might work out though, especially if you don’t have night vision or the radar sensor for ACC
