Yes, on Android. Last version from July the 5th. While the iOs app got updated last week. Probably it'll come soon to Android too.
I think you need to move to the new Charging Plus plan to get the pricing

Yes, I was wondering about that. I'm still on the original Charging Service. It was supposed to expire this year, but the end date is now next year, weird.

Is it staffed ?
No? I don't think i've ever in my life seen an staffed HV charger ?

Access is made with the Porsche app, by scanning a QR code, inside you have access to a lounge and coffee and a vending machine, while your car is charging outside also via Porsche app.

The ones who visited it (@Argo ?) could confirm. My understanding from the article and the photos is the same as chun: no. Access is by card, consumption (coffee etc.) seems automated.

If you have the charging subscription access is by Porsche charging card, QR code or you can upload your car registration, which is then scanned as you approach the entrance barrier.
The auto vending machine(s) are pay by scan.
There's wifi, a big TV, some lounge chairs and bar stools.
No staff on site :)

Your comparing a company that spearheaded a industry change, to a company that thinks a new color needs a 45min documentary about how hard it is to make a new color and how important that new color is for the customers, and how their life will change because of that new color.

I say we should be pleased that the porsche lounge is not closed outside of working hours, like porsche destination chargers :) Or that they are not locked to employees only, like many porsche destination chargers.

Porsche destination chargers = porsche chargers at dealers.
Porsche lounges = what's shown in this thread.

At risk of controversy here, La Cote: Vaud, CH. is not Los Angeles, and yes I've visited both.
Let's say, I'm charging my premium EV, en route to a premium European/Swiss destination (eg Zermatt, Andermatt, Milan, Courmayer)
Is it likely that I will require/want a maple syrup bacon snack in the 20 minutes I stop to charge my car? Do I want excitement and neon signs? Would I like to buy merchandise? Do I want popcorn from a robot?
So I'm giving credit to Porsche for creating a super high quality charging experience, bespoke for brand owners, that gives you what you actually need; a rapid charge, at a good price, private comfortable refreshment and a bio break.
and It's open 24/7.....

Not to mention said maple syrup snack doesn't get stellar reviews, the time in line to get said snack would probably allow you to charge the battery to 600% and the remote controlled robot may yet again be offline. 🙃

Sorry I forgot to mention: Porsche provides recycling bins, windscreen cleaner kit and dog water bowls.

Is this the first v4 open to all cars? This might be the most notable. The themed Diner is cool, a gimmick, and with 24 hr service, quality will likely suffer in about 6 months.
All V4 stations have Magic Docks. But some V4 stations are still restricted only to NACS partners. Unclear if that is a brief temporary restriction until the station has been up and running for awhile or instead based on strategic reasons for not wanting too many cars … or something else entirely.
Also, this station, like all stations, appears to be powered by V3 power cabinets. So you get the longer cables and cc readers, but otherwise the same slower speeds for 800v drivers like us as with V3 stations.
(As for diner quality, based on some reviews, sounds like it’s already suffering even upon its grand opening!)
