If you clear the faults does the error go and then reappear when you switch on the heating?

Goody goody gumdrops. Mine just packed up. MY22 CT4S 10k on the clock. FFS.

update.
Told to call Porsche Assistance by Porsche service centre as earliest appointment to look at it is mid April. That's the only way to get it seen and at least diagnosed. It's nuts.
Update.

Heater failed on 27th Feb.
Car dropped in to Porsche West London on 1st March (I drove it in but as a Porsche assistance recovery).
Car collected today (7th March) with an 'upgraded' heater matrix and a couple of recalls done as well.

Porsche West London haven't always been my favourite recently, but they've absolutely AAA* the service and turn around on this. So well done them, thank you.

My heater went recently. Luckily they had a heater come in early for another car and "gave" it to me as my car was there already. So I was in the loaner Cayenne for only 2 weeks. Glad to have it back - but hoping this heater fares better than the faulty ones!!

Maybe it will be a software fix to existing unit similar to the eventual fix for 22kw charger issue.
What is the fix to the 22kW charger issue? I am having some fun and games with my AC charging, randomly stops after about 20-30 mins. I have the 22kW option.

There was a fault on the 22kw option that basically turned the car into a brick and meant the hardware needed changing. They fixed the software issue as part of the very big update.

So if you're car is still doing something/charging, it's probably not the killer 22kw unit that's the issue specifically.

When i've encountered similar problem on my home charger, i think it was the charger causing the issues. But sometimes the cars can just be temperamental.

At least they book me a enterprise car to keep me mobile
So the great news car is fixed already today so pretty quick response from Porsche Glasgow
Bad news I just tested positive and can’t collect it ?‍♂? so I get to keep my nice base model Audi a1 for a few more days

Add the red electrical errors to the heater errors and they have their hands full with these repairs (red electrical is either bad HV Cell or the whole HV battery) and parts are a month to get here. Obviously not all affected, but the wait of month or more for parts is not acceptable. I have never had a car repair go more than 3 or 4 days at most (in warranty or not).

My car has been down since 1/21 waiting on the HV cell repair. Germany sent the wrong one (terminals reversed) on 2/22 so back to the waiting game. I had emailed the Porsche NA CEO when the problem occurred and filed a claim at Porsche NA. On my 5th representative as they keep moving it to another person. Hoping this one can get the process sped up which so far has not happened. Personally, I think they would rather buy back my car and make me go away as they quickly offer that option and I reject it. There are other options, fix and compensate me, flip me to another car in their inventory, or build me another one and take mine on trade.
Wow, I have the same problem. Car went to shop 2/26 with HV cell broken. Waiting for another 2 months for parts from Germany. Then they need 3 weeks to fix it. Gosh, if they get the wrong parts...

I was on a flight last week back from Heathrow. I'd say 20% of the plane were coughing and sneezing. So some companies still insisting on testing prior to entering the office?

The 3 weeks to fix when the part comes is because they have to fly a "FTM" (aka Flying Doctor) to do the actual repair (dealer will drop the battery). So they have no idea his availability. The actual repair is 3 days (probably battery drop, install part, put battery back) and then 2 days testing charging and draining.
