Hi All,
Looking to see if anyone else has had any similar experience as I believe this is a common fault.
I noticed a few weeks ago that my Taycan wasn't really warm, not an issue when the weather was warmer. However, as soon as the temperature dropped it was clear that the heating wasn't working other than seats and steering wheel.
I called Porsche assistance and now my car was found with a high voltage heating fault. They've advised me that they've ordered a new part but have no indication of when it will arrive. Wondering if anyone recently has had a similar issue as trying to gauge whether I'll be without the car for weeks or months given shortages/Xmas etc.
Lastly, I was given a car (Merc CLA 220d) by Enterprise - process was smooth to be fair. However, if my car is not available for a few months I don't really want to be driving it for any length of time, it's not a great car and I don't think it's a suitable replacement.
That said I'm sure there's little Enterprise can do and "it is what it is" but wanted to check if others with similar problems or lengthy maintenance timeframes have been offered anything else.
Thanks in advance.
