[help]Remote Parking Assistant not working

So just upgraded my phone and this is still not working for me. I didnt restore the phone from backup as I had see the previous messages. So new phone, fresh install of app and still cant use remote controlled parking from the app. Its just greyed out saying vehicle not reachable. Anyone else had any luck getting this working?

This was fixed for me after an app update a couple of months ago. Not sure what would be causing this for you now.
