How to remove/replace lower valance on CT?

Part 9J0.807.819 it's the lower spoiler piece that takes all the beating from my steep driveway. Want to replace this piece after a year of wear.

Does anyone know how to remove it? It looks to be just screws and clips but not sure if other parts need to be removed to properly remove the clips.

Tried tugging on it after removing the screws but the clips won't budge with moderate force.

Not yet. Going to ask the dealer when I bring it in for the heater recall.
