Not sure on the number of cells, they think 2 or 3 had issues. Candidly I wish they would just put in a new battery and be done with it. I can picture getting the car back and having this happen again…Nice that’s actually pretty quick turnaround time. How many bad cell packs do you have? It’s bad that 6 weeks is a good timeframe but this is where we are at. Mine sat for 16weeks waiting to get fixed. When they could have just replaced the full battery within two weeks and it would have been less expensive. Really think they are just using cars now as training for techs.
