Keyless entry not working

I have a 2025 and although the fob works to lock and unlock the door, the door wont unlock without me pressing the fob. Car and fob batteries are new. Does anyone have any ideas before I take it to the dealer? Thanks!

Yep, I made sure everything there was checked. Although I dont have the "door locking" choice. Thank you for th suggestion.

One of my fobs got damaged and no longer auto-unlocks. THe other one does.

Thanks. Sorry to hear your key broke. I have 2 brand new fobs and neither auto-unlock.

There are more options than this controlling foot gesture, approach, how many doors unlock, which side etc.

I think comfort opening / locking is standard in NA but is optional in other regions. Suspect the approach option isn't checked.
