Lost Internet Radio

For over a week now I have been unable to listen to any internet radio stations regardless of my location.The symbol with what looks like an aeriel crossed through appears and message "audio source is not active at present" appears.
All my other data connections seem o.k and my subscription is up to date. Can anyone suggest obvious solution without a trip to OPC.

Was your radio back on now? Mine had no radio since this Monday evening. It’s all of a sudden like we were driving while listening to classic FM, and the music stopped. When I pressed pause and pressed the play button, the music came back for half a second and then became silent again. No luck since then. Other audio like Apple play or phone call using the speaker were all fine.

Same here in France. I lost all of my favourite UK stations.

I erased all my favourites and was able to find some of the stations again, but many come up saying something along the lines “ this station is not available in your region”??

Have you tried to search for your stations anew?

Yes, I tried searching for the stations. I find them in the list - along with the station 'logo'.
It states that it's already in 'favourites'.

Then when I select it, after a short time the logo dissapeares and it comes up with the not available / grey symbol.

Same for both the stations I regularly listen to.

Have you tried to delete the favourite and then select the station? That is how I got some of them back working. I took my list of favourites and swept left and deleted them all.

I had this happen a couple of times. For some reason the “data“ package Has to be re-created from Porsche with appropriate options for internet radio. I had to call Porsche tech-support. I am in the US an and then get transferred to second level support where the gentleman took about a week to figure out what was going on. Eventually he said hey what I’m going to do is delete your data package account and re-Create it for your car. After he did it, everything’s been working great.

The second level support rep said he was going to create a log, so that any future customers with this problem with be able to find this resolution.

Lost the internet radio as well since a few days - maybe a European issue? Doing a new search for the stations did not solve the problem.

EDIT: issue solved - as earlier suggested, first delete all internet station favorites (write them down first...) and then search/locate them again, then add to favorites.

All is well again now, but one former favorite station is apparently no longer accessible (search did not result in any hits).

Have you tried to delete the favourite and then select the station? That is how I got some of them back working. I took my list of favourites and swept left and deleted them all.

Deleted them and searched again and they then worked. Re-saved then to favourites

Out of interest, one of the stations 'logos' was changed, so something must have updated somehwere.

June 7 2023 online/internet radio stations in favorites did not work - aerial symbol with slash line through it. Also, browsed through main list of online radio stations. Could find none working. FM radio stations worked fine. LTE/datacomm symbol on.

Waited a day. Same situation: no online radio stations in favorites or on main online list working.
Did a two-finger reset to engineering mode and rebooted PCM.
Online radio stations in favorites still did not work, but stations in main list of online radio stations now did work.
Found if I did a search for a specific station, that station listed under favorite did not work, but the same station listed under online category did work. Names of station in both categories (favorite and online) were identical.
I am going to delete the online stations in favorites and re-add them.

All this occurred after PCM showed two PCM notifications for "Sirius XM update". I don't have Sirius subscription. Maybe SIrius XM decided to eliminate its competitors?

That sounds like exactly the same process I went through (although I didn't try the PCM reboot).

No Sirius here though, so don't think that update is the issue.
