The second time I have lost LTE connection and it seems to be an issue that is not resolved quickly. Anyone else have this issue?

Yes. Disconnecting the 12v generally the best fix.
I couldn’t manage it (terminals are hard to access in right hand drive cars). There are loads of threads on it on things to try.

Porsche mobility were next to useless in helping.

I noticed the car was not updating/out of sync with my phone app for 2 days in a row when I first received my car. Then it started to work after several days. This past week it lost connection for 2 more days. I tried: pulling the fuse, 12 volt battery, "engineering reset", and ended up taking into the dealer. They "reset" my Verizon modem. Here's the kicker, the service adviser said Porsche is aware of the issue, and is working on it. But that Porsche doesn't have a permanent fix yet. SA was very helpful, but limited in what he can do for me. The app being out of sync with the car doesn't really bother me too much. I just really enjoy driving the car.

This has happened to me a couple of times. One time lasted 2 days the second time a week. Both mysteriously resolved on it's own and hasn't recurred in 2 years.
