How can I update the PCM from version 3793? I got a Porsche Taycan 2020

I have gone to my.porsche.com and activated Online software update activated

Activate online software update and improve the performance of your Porsche

I tried to click the update button in the PCM, but does not seem like it shows anything.

You need to take it to the dealer and have them update the car. Porsche is years behind on OTA capability.

You can't but the dealer can and should be free - it's a major job depending on when your car last had an update applied and is not an OTA offering either.

Definitely not, you need to schedule an appointment.

As others have written, most PCM updates must be done by dealer.
Dealer should be able to tell you what Porsche campaigns/updates your Taycan VIN is due for. Call the dealer and ask.

Are you familiar if you can just drop by to update?

If the car is from an official Porsche outlet and the ownership tracked then any and all software updates specific to your car's VIN will have been in the main communicated to you (if the original owner) or whomever the current owner is. Some items are left to the next 2 yearly maintenance cycle if deemed not that important.

Contact your dealer, ask to check your VIN for any outstanding updates and then the rest will fall into place. Cold calling at their door may not result in immediate attention.
