Not sure. They haven’t updated my TYD date at all. Still a 5/6 delivery date to the dealer. What dealer are you at? I’m picking up from Niello Rocklin.

Mine hasn’t updated either, still also says 5/6 arrival at dealer. I’m picking up at Livermore Porsche.

Also, is there any particular reason that the Glovis Comet has spent the last couple of days floating away from the Bay Area? What’s going on?? Lol

Yeah, I saw that too, and was thinking that was odd. I guess Benecia could not take the ship in until Monday the 18th (according to my dealership), so it has been floating. The Pacific current pushed her back South (by quite a ways). Hopefully tomorrow we'll see it moving back towards Benecia.

the original date of port arrival was 4/22. Looking like that’s more realistic now.

My expected delivery date is 5/6 and after about 8 months of waiting, daily checking "track my dream" and for the last 4 weeks marinetraffic.com, Glovis Comet is closing in on the Golden Gate.
Just took this picture about an hour ago. Excuse the poor picture quality - ship was a good 20miles off the coast when I took this (Canon DSLR with 400mm lens), very bad weather today - I should have brought my tripod. Oh, the crazy things I do while waiting for this car... taking a pict of a ship off coast

Glovis Comet is officially docked at Benicia! 3 days earlier than TYD had it.

Nice shot! It looks like you are as excited as I am. My wife just rolls her eyes at me.

I found a web cam of the Glovis Comet going under the Golden Gate last night...horrible night camera quality, but it was a live feed, so fun to watch it pass through. Looks like it it docked this morning.

Glovis Supreme is about to dock at Santa Marta (Columbia) today. seems like it should also be a couple days early as TYD is showing San Diego by 5/6.

My April delivery got bumped to 5/27. Car looks like it’s built and waiting at Emden port for the US. Anyone know how long it takes to get on the ship? TYD suggests it will be on board 4/29, but who knows?

mine was at Emden for over a month before it finally got on a ship….

For those on the Glovis Comet...TYD just updated for me this morning, and my Taycan is at the dealer (original date on TYD was 5/6)! Unfortunately, they do not have a technician on the weekends, so pickup will be some time next week.

Someone had asked my spec. Here is my Porsche code: PN1M3MN3 I'll post some pics in the next couple of weeks, but it will be going to get pPF and window tint pretty quickly after delivery.

My car is making the trip across Canada after being dropped off at the port in Halifax about 2.5 weeks ago. It was held up at the port for port processing. My Dealer told me that I was one of the “lucky ones” (because of the port processing). I didn’t ask why he said that but felt unlucky given the delay. Originally I was supposed to receive it April 28th…now waiting until first or second week of May as per my dealer. Cannot wait!
