MY22 - cannot log into Porsche

Hi all. I have just picked up my my22 4s and I cannot log into the car with my porsche ID. Login button is greyed out. Dealer says it is a current issue with all MY22's and no fix available as yet. Anyone else having this issue? Is true must log in as guest everytime?

I have the same issue on a MY22. Was working for two weeks then stopped after a dealer visit. It doesn't seem to be getting acknowledged as a known issue in the UK.

I need to go through the setup everytime I use the car and all the login options are missing.

Make sure to give them a ZERO on the Porsche satisfaction survey (or ask for some free floor mats etc...). The car should not have been delivered in this state.

I have MY2022 and I have been logged in the whole time. Hope I didn't jinx it.

Can you guys see Smart Lift in your PCM menu? I can't. Picked up my car a month ago. But I do get prompted each time I raise the car to save the location, and it does raise automatically each time.

I received my 22 Taycan CT today and have this issue. Really bummed out. Hopefully there is a fix very soon. Absolutely asinine that the car can be delivered in this condition.

My service advisor did show me a bulletin dated last week that this is a known current issue on MY22's. Currently no fix. Please let me know if yours starts to work. It is really annoying. Car otherwise is phenomenal.

No, can't see smartlift on mine yet. Believe that will come once I am able to log in.

Hi,
just picked up our MY22 CT4, today. We are the first CT4 on Vancouver Island. We had the same issue with the login problems. Thanks for the headsup Re the Service bulletin . I’ll bring it up with them on Monday. Also Smartlift not available either. ?
Apart from that, the dealership was wonderful. The car arrived there on Monday, and all the prep, ppf, ceramic etc done for delivery today.

Are you still unable to log in? Today I have just lost the weather app. It is now greyed out for some reason. Also, when I log into my Porsche website, I can no longer see my Taycan there. I feel this is all really poor.

November 23. When I picked up the car the Porsche Pro did everything for me. Why did they let you leave the lot without logging in?

They let me leave because they said it is a current global issue and Porsche is working on a fix. I was a bit dubious, but he showed me the bulletin indicating this issue so I didn’t feel there was anything else I could do. More concerned now though as I can’t even see my Taycan on the myporsche website and have now lost the weather and calendar apps.
