Navigation bug?

Driving home from work at 16:15. Another 27km to go, which should normally take 24 minutes.
Nav says there's at least 21 minutes delay en route.
Yet, it says my ETA is 16:39. Is this what it is supposed to do - can't find it in the manual?

Seems unlikely unless you have a flux capacitor in the frunk!
