I have followed steps to have passenger mirror tilt on reverse but doesn’t tilt. I push mirror button and the reverse but no tilt.
also trunk opening with foot movement not working. It is checked in settings.
Any pearls I’m missing?

For the foot wave, after waving your foot, taking a positive step backwards seems to help.
Reverse mirror tilt. You need to set it to the reverse position manually the first time before the auto tilt will work. Select reverse, and for you, the right wing mirror button on the door will light up. Press it, then adjust the mirror to the position you want it to tilt to. Return to N or drive, and after a short delay, the mirror will return to its normal position. Next time you select reverse, it should tilt automatically to the position you set.

The foot wave thing is horrible and almost impossible to get it to work. Even the front frunk hand swipe doesn't work well either. The hand wipe works perfectly on my 911. So, I've resorted to use the fob and button on the trunk.

Same here; my 991.2 frunt hand swipe works every time; I've yet to get our 2025 Taycan to do it. Ditto for the rear trunk.

Mine ONLY works when I don't want it to work: when I am washing the car and some (unknown but magical) hand action causes it to open!..Amazing how it fails to work when you actually want it to work..oh well

My Taycan frunk swipe always works (gentle sweep of the bumper left to right below the badge); the trunk foot operation less reliable.
