Hi,
I have just taken delivery of a new Taycan GTS, having moved from a Tesla Model 3 Performance. Loving the new car!
My charging plan for the car is a rudimentary (I don't have off street parking at home) but it always worked for the Tesla. I take the car into Central London where my workplace has dedicated 3 pin plugs for charging EVs. As I am there most of the day the drip feeding works well.
I have this morning tried using the Porsche Granny Charger supplied with the car for the first time. It started fine, although it was only charging at 1.2kwh, which is strange as I was getting 2.3kwh on the Tesla Granny Charger. But after 10 mins the My Porsche app says Charging Error and the "block" goes red instead of green. It also keeps trying to "Intialise". Does anyone know what I can do about this, as the "drip feeding" using the Granny Charger is intended to be my main source of charging.
