No Data Connection in PCM - Help!

12v battery disconnect - documented in the Owner's manual and a tried and tested hack since 2020.

That is why when my LTE connection went bust, I took it to the dealer to reset it properly (to avoid any side effects). My thought was that I am under warranty, so why not. My understanding is that they did not disconnect power but used their computer to reset and restart the LTE module several times.

When I talked to my dealer about how I fixed the problem (disconnect power cable 12v), he told me they did that too...

I finally had this issue with my 2022 CT4. I removed the negative terminal from the 12v battery for 5 minutes as suggested and my LTE connection is back to normal. The forum comes through again.
