I cannot log in with my user on My Porsche in the car, it says no data connection (LTE)

Does anyone have a solution to the problem?

I have an open case with Porsche customer service, but they are slow to respond

Switch off Privacy Mode (the shield in the notification area) this must be off for access to / from the car.

happened to me a couple of times;
first time i took it to dealer and they plugged the programmer machine in and reset; worked fine for several months and then went out again;
Second time, because it was somehow related to the emergency call (In US here, may be different in EU); I went ahead and pressed the emergency call button; it didn't work, reported a failure, but somehow in the process it reset the system and it has worked fine ever since.
Curious, have you had the major software update? All of this happened before mine was done.

I had this issue for 1(!) month and took it to the workshop. It required a hard reset (not the usual one where you use two fingers at the top right) and the car was ready after about an hour. I did this at the Porsche Center Oslo. The car is back at workshop after heating problem....

So why show a picture with it enabled?

Poor cell reception can be an issue as can reconnections if the car has been underground for a while.

12v battery disconnect is worth a shot to cold start all 12v systems.

Failing that you could have a failing Comms module which means a trip to the Dealership.

That will be similar to the 12v battery disconnect.

I had a similar issue, I first noticed that app wouldn’t update stats or car location for 2 days. Then I noticed the the double arrow icon with cross thru it on the car display and none of the connected services (ie Apple Music, pod casts, weather…) were working in the car. Privacy mode was inactive, that was not it. E-sim status in car settings showed connected to Verizon with 2 bars. I pulled the wireless communications fuse in row A slot 11 in the drivers footwell (US) for 5 minutes and after putting back in started car and all connected services worked again. I did for some reason need to sign back into Apple Music and pod casts from the car. The Porsche app still failed to connect and update despite refreshes, also showed the same on connect website. I then tried to preheat/cool from app and that seemed to kick it to refresh and now the app is updated with correct stats and location.
