Odd behaviour of the forum website

Hi. Anyone else get this? I usually view the forum on my iPad and open new tabs in the background. More recently I am having a preview of the text in tabs that I have opened appear and block my view of some topics. The only way to clear it is to reload the page. Happens in Safari and Edge so I presume the website behaviour has changed rather than my ipad. It is quite annoying so if anyone knows how to stop it or admins can undo the change in behaviour then that would be great. Example below
