Any idea how long "briefly" is? Does the car somehow sense the brake pads are bedded properly?

That seems like a long time to have lower range and be using up brake pads. I wonder if it's a mileage limit or some other way the car decides to start using recuperation instead using up brake pads.

The dealer said it's a noticeable change under braking once the regen kicks in. I'm currently on 1200 miles so shouldn't be too long until it happens.

In my case, it took about 450km.
And breaks now behaves completelly different... just a touch and it brakes... while before it was similar than on my Steyr 4095 where it's hard to break before breakfast

Hi, it’s fabulous and very soft. I went for it purely on the colour but I must admit it’s softer than leather and I hope it wears as well. Delighted with my choice and feel you too will be pleased. Good luck.

Hi all ,had my car about 9 weeks done 2500 miles , very please with it ,had full satin PPF done ,range is going up ,started at 210 up to 238

The point is to protect the paint now. Once the paint is chipped the wrap will looks awful. Same with PPF on old paint. It will be as good as the paint.

Looks awesome.... Out of interest, which insurance company did you go with to still get cover with the wrap etc.

It took me no less than 150 miles for the brakes to turn completely.. It is now like night and day.

There is NO need for anything other than C4 brakes, I had a Turbo Saloon before the cross Turismo and I learnt that when I'm pushing on driving Spiritedly to press the Regen it just works!

I call it a brake 'Hack' and who doesn't love a hack!

In future i will never option brakes..

After 250km recuperation brake is now working. Also habe the standard brakes. Since braking goes through recuperation most of the time brake dust shouldnt be an issue.

The standard brakes are awesome. Just handed back a Macan loaner and the effortless acceleration and powerful braking are just night and day better
