Owner and registered keeper

Hi all

Is it possible through porsche to buy a Taycan through your Business on PCP and the company be the owner but the person be the registered keeper?
I asked porsche this question and first reply I had said No, they need to match.
I read that if the business was registered keeper the car insurance quotes increase by a lot.
If you can have business as owner and registered keeper as director I assume you need to put the registered keepers home address and not the business address given it will be parked overnight at home?
So, has anybody in the UK bought a taycan from porsche on pcp, had business name/address as owner and person(director) and home address as registered keeper?

I may be wrong, but Porsche finances (or the PCP company if different) will be the owner until the PCP is fully repaid - the registered keeper is the person (or company) taking out the PCP - registered keeper status is needed for insurance, income tax (if applicable), MOTs and road tax etc. - just my understanding

So I don't think it is possible for you or your company to be the owner without outright purchase (e.g. via bank loan)

I have...in fact, the V5 has both the company name and my name on it. On my insurance, it states the keeper being different to the owner....and my insurance came in at £500

Thanks for replying, Did you happen to buy and arrange this through a Stratstone Porsche dealership. As latest info I have now been told is Stratstone PLC dealership may have much tighter processes???

HI where did you get to with this? I have company as name on order and finance, Porsche still the owner and my name on the V5 as registered keeper, this wasn’t a problem, but I’m interested to know where you went for insurance and how much it was? I have had a few quotes and they are legalised robbery! Thanks

Yes this got sorted as i wished/wanted prior to final paperwork and collection.
I ended up insuring through admiral.
