Not had this before and tried removing / re-adding.

Anyone seen and resolved before?

Out of curiosity, have you actually activated "plug and charge" in the PCM?
Yeah, it was the first thing I checked.

First alerted to the issue when I got prompted for my PIN when using my PMCC at home to charge.

I have the same error, haven't check the PCM yet to see if P&C got deselected when the 1st year subscription ran out (even though we get 3 years of 30 minutes charging). I went into the app to renew the service and after the renewal this error was displayed. Car is currently at the detail shop so I can't check until tomorrow.

I rechecked the option in the PCM and it was unchecked so it must get set each time. Still not working however.

Raised a ticket with Porsche GB. I'll let you know what they say when they respond, probably sometime in 2026.

I have the same. I e-mailed Porsche uk yesterday morning, no reply as yet.
I needed an Ionity charge yesterday afternoon, plug and charge worked perfectly.
I was invoiced at the 'classic' rate, 0.30 per kwh, no per minute charge.
Not had this before and tried removing / re-adding.

Anyone seen and resolved before?

I got a reply sooner than predicted - default response to uninstall and then reinstall the app.

This is the level of response we can expect I'm afraid.
