Anyone else get this?

I've had this once a while back and it cleared itself.

It could be due to moisture / dirt on some of the parking sensors or just a false positive notification that the Taycan is prone to.

Leave the car locked for 5 mins and then unlock and retry - it may well clear itself.

I just got this error message yesterday. Parking sensors are disabled and I have a greyed out box in the birds eye view.

Read all the posts on the topic. Tried restarting, rebooting PCM, leaving the car for hours and cleaning sensors. Unfortunately, no luck.

Brand new TS Sport Turismo (less than a week old) with 67 miles. It has the latest PCM (Coloured icons).

Besides restarting, has anyone had this issue with the error remaining?

Is the car ppf wrapped (including the sensor?

Thanks for the response. No PPF or other modifications on the car.

I have the Park Assist package with 3D view. The cameras work, but the sensors aren’t working. Also the top down image of the car is a grey box.

One other note, I originally assigned Park Assist as a shortcut on the instrument panel. After I did the PCM reset I tried to reassign Park Assist, but it now doesn’t show on the shortcut list. I can only assign Park Assist mute to the shortcut button.

Software loading glitch likely then.

Solution (for me at least): I took the car to my nearest PC.

While waiting for a technician, I decided to test out the Porsche fast charger.

Car is new, so never charged it before.

By plugging in, it seemed to have revived the park assist function. All error screens and grey box (camera mode) are gone.

Hopefully that helps someone if they get the same issue in the future.
