PCM Voice Recognition does not understand me (or anyone)

Hi Folks - Any suggestions please....

Out of the blue, my PCM voice recognition does not understand me... no exceptions..... ' please repeat the entry'... and after 2-3 attempts 'sorry I do not understand you' and then switches off.... Android Auto voice recog. is working fine.

Tried both steering wheel voice button and 'Hey Porsche' to activate... Nada.... Switched car off and locked a few times including overnight - Checked system language is set to English - Checked voice recognition settings, but there is no 'reset', 'language' or 're-learn your master's voice' options....

I would prefer not to reset the whole PCM via the engineering option.

Has anyone had this please?.... ......am I missing sommat?

I have the same problem. It's at the dealer now for that, the brake line recall and to replace a windshield due to a rock impact. I'll post the results of the outcome. It's probably another module that failed. 2021 Taycan 4S

This has never worked for me, and was so slow when trying I just use CarPlay for everything important and buttons /screen if doing trip planning.

The only command mine recognises is "Hey Porsche" and a simple request such as "What time is it?" leads to a stressful exchange and abandonment.

Google / Siri - flawless.

So, after 4-5 days of nada - it's just started working - and functions perfectly again.
