Either two-fingers PCM reboot does not work, any hints?

On my Taycan GTS (MY23) two-fingers PCM reboot does not work. I have tried to do it repeatedly. Without any result. Any hints how to fix it?

What software version is your PCM? IIRC later versions, the ability has been removed

With Car Scanner you can do it by app.

The ability is still there, only the two finger reset is disabled.

In the description of the app you can find what OBD-dongle is needed.
Those are €30-50.
You can also readout your battery.
