The phone app version started showing it yesterday because a new version (3.0.0) was release yesterday to iPhones, which has a description "Apple Music & Spotify account linking". There were 2 other changes as well - Setting the temperature in the timer for precool/heat, and The in-app activation of Connect Services

I'm on Android and v2.22.11 so will assume that is also a new version updated yesterday.

FYI; I picked up my C4S yesterday (25 March) and it had the newer PCM.
-cars Delivered 2 days earlier did not have the new PCM according to the Porsche Pro at handover.

After installing app v3 I was able to link my Spotify acct. Nothing showing up in my MY22 CT though

I don’t know I’m afraid. Was hard getting updates from opc on anything except delivery. The car was in Emden late Feb.

The plot thickens...

The Spotify link is no longer visible on my website access to My Porsche (below)

However, the phone app version of My Porsche now displays the following (it didn't until yesterday)

I should add, I have no idea why the vehicle connection states "Connected to another network" as mostly all other app based My Porsche services work and are connected to the car. The only thing I have to been able to get working is the Calendar.

EDIT: I have changed the access settings on the My Porsche app to allow calendar access and the (!) has disappeared. Will check later to see if my calendar syncs with the car.

The other network relates to either your cell provider or the WiFi service you were connected to.

The calendar sync only works when in the car and you connect to the PCM WiFi hotspot. Syncing is not possible any other way.

Not optional and all cars / models will have it from a certain build date by default.

Retro updates may be possible for some.

I meant the ability to disable the color and have current display: asking someone who has the updated software.

Question - I can’t seem to figure out how to see list of my fav songs in Spotify on the instrument cluster. Also choosing that on the pcm is not convenient either - you have to always go through ton of buttons to reach that. Is the integration that bad? On my prev bmw, I could easily change/choose songs in the Spotify integration.

I wonder if Apple Music integration is somehow better on the Taycan?

Answering to my own question - it’s impossible to get the list of songs in Spotify on the instrument cluster. However, Apple Music works just fine.
