6. Read out and erase the fault memories of all control units.

6.1 Press F7 in the control unit selection screen” ('Overview' menu) to call up the Additional menu.

6.2 Select the function “Read all fault memories and erase if required” and press •F12“ ('Next') to confirm Erasing fault memories.

The fault memories of the control units are read out.

6.3 Once you have read out the fault memories, check the fault memory entries.

6.4 Press F8“ to delete fault memory entries.

6.5 Press F12“ ('Yes') in response to the question as to whether you really want to delete all fault memory entries.

The faults stored in the fault memories of the various control units are deleted.

You have not deleted the errors, only red are active errors.

Grey are not active and should disappear.

Suggest you go carefully, you can use your mouse to click on the onscreen buttons or use the keyboard buttons.

Also suggest that you work in English if you want us to understand what is on the screen.

I didn't do anything special, I just followed the sequence you sent me earlier, yes, it is trying to connect to the Porsche server, but I don't have the internet connected, I'm going to go back!

Take one screen shot each time before you go F8 or F12, whatever it is you are doing and I can follow along, right now you are sending random screens that tell me nothing.

Also switch to English.

Once you are familiar you can switch your language preference back to something that is easier for you.

I'll leave the video here (it's easier to watch) so you can see if I make any mistakes in the procedure, Piwi continues to try to connect to the Porsche, and no errors appear in red, just the number of errors with a circle around them...?

Did you set the dashboard to guest account?

The blue highlighted lines half way through the video still have active errors, not sure why they are not showing as red, but that is what I think I am seeing.
