So did I.Yes I did.
There are general issues with that dealership, too.Porsche Bellevue just pushed out my appointment as they said they are allocating 1 week per Taycan. I was scheduled for mid-August, and they pushed it to mid September and they texted this morning that they need to move it to mid-October. Hearing about it done in 4.5 hours is such a big discrepancy as to what my dealer is telling me.
I did, yes.did anyone really get a new printed owner manual for the car with the uPdate as mentioned in the TI?
My car has been at Porsche Bellevue for over two weeks now for the PCM update. They have a bit of a backlog... Apparently the PCM update is very difficult to apply - it fails to apply properly a significant percentage of attempts. The good news is that I'm driving a nice Macan loaner, so I'm in good shape. a bit surprised to see update of the BMS, but this may have been already up2date OTA.
the PDF mentions updates of "Connect" and also "OTA" ECU, I can only find "Telematics".
My software update ('22 Taycan 4 CT) took not quite 4 full days. They had a couple other issues they took care of in that time as well (alarm recall, damaged window replacement). Car went in on a Monday about 0930, was done by 330PM on Thursday. Zero issues, everything seems to be working well with software updates. And the alarm fix seems to have worked too. Thanks for the info. Let us know how it goes.
which dealer was that? I've had a mixed experience with Bellevue over the past decade with my 911 and now the Taycan. On the other hand, I fear the other dealers around might not have enough experience dealing with Taycans yet.My software update ('22 Taycan 4 CT) took not quite 4 full days.
