Ok, so it's not age related (they should be good for 6 years). Will this fall under tire warranty as it doesn't seem wear related ( I see cracks in both channels in your last picture)?

No tire/wheel warranty unfortunately. It’s not offered where I reside.

It sucks. Personally I would not risk it. Any incident caused by such a bad tire would be expensive (your best case scenario tire bursts, you damage the wheel, need a tow - worst case scenario tire bursts at an inopportune moment, you lose control and end results is much, much worse). Tires and brakes are two things I do not compromise on when it comes to cars. I would go for lower performing intact tires over compromised higher performance tires.

I am waiting for the day I switch all four to PS4s, which do not have a supply dearth in China.

just had to be the good years fitted on at production of this 2021 Taycan.

the lead time is one month for one of these and I keep a new spare around just for situations like this.

The three patches, with one close to the sidewall. Tire still held pressure very well despite the patches and cracks. Took it home for as a last resort spare. Two month lead time for the good year NF0s. At the rate of getting nails in the tire, better keep these handy.
