I have been unable to use the Porsche app to see my battery SOC or location for over 24 hours. My service advisor told me this is a Porsche server issue and nothing to do with my Taycan.
Has anyone else experienced this type of app failure? I’m wondering if this is a global failure of the app servers or if it is only in the US or in California only.
It’s very annoying & disconcerting that Porsche can have their servers down for days which my service advisor said is normal for Porsche. Is it normal?
