Porsche charger only charging at 50%

As title. Bit confused as to why it is doing this. Any ideas?

It has the 50% light on the charger.

Push the button on the charger to switch it to 100% mode.

Thanks will try that when I get home. Mine has no screen. Did try pushing some of the icons but didn't seem to do anything. I don't think I saw a button on there that clicks.

I assume you have the PMC+, same as me. I know it doesn't look like it, but "A" in these pics from the manual is a button.
