I've been told it's everyone, including me.Yeah I would definitely look elsewhere or cancel.... just wondering if it's just me or everyone else is having their rate revised as of 1st Jan.....
Nice way to falsify market control to smooth out production challenges and deliveries...if I were of a cynical mind. The manager at my dealer indicated it was going up to 11.9% !!
Get dealer to lock in quote at present rate, they hold at that for 90 days, if your delivery is coming in that time. The manager at my dealer indicated it was going up to 11.9% !!
Welcome to here.Hi, new to this site. Had my GTS on order since Jan 22. Due for production now, was orginally due back end of last year. APR rate was 6.2% at time of order, Fixed and approved in June at 6.9%. Now its gone to 10.8%. It added about £350 a month and £15k to cost of borrowing.
By chance as i went to the dealership over the new year to pick up a friends car and it come up in conversation, then my salesman looked into for me and confirmed yesterday. Appreciate the dealers are the middlemen.Welcome to here.
You'll see from this thread that word of the increase started to come out just before Christmas. That's a pretty hefty monthly hike you're being hit for sadly. Out of interest, how were you informed? Email from Porsche or did your SA get in touch?
Yep - appears that way.By chance as i went to the dealership over the new year to pick up a friends car and it come up in conversation, then my salesman looked into for me and confirmed yesterday. Appreciate the dealers are the middlemen.

Agree. i feel this is a push to far plus the cost of the car has increased to. The benefit of an electric car isn't there now for me. Wondering if people have cancelled are deposits refunded?Yep - appears that way.
I struggle to understand how Porsche think it's acceptable to (not) communicate in this way? There's going to be quite a few pretty pi$$ed off customers when the time comes to finalise things and they get told the bad news. ?![]()

If the build hasn't reached lock-in then, the deposit is refundable. That's my understanding.Agree. i feel this is a push to far plus the cost of the car has increased to. The benefit of an electric car isn't there now for me. Wondering if people have cancelled are deposits refunded?
