Thanks. I tried, same information shows up as on NHTSA - only the brake recall. The charging cable recall is not showing up, but it was never completed. So either:Log in, go to the "Service and Maintenance" page, scroll all the way to the bottom and there is a small box for "Recall Information". You can put your VIN there and see open recalls for your car. It's not the same way that you were using, but so far the info is available. Charging cable no longer shows up but the brake hoses do. That is the only open recall for my car that I am aware of so in my case the list looks complete.
- Charging cable recall is closed without actually changing cables (aged out due to unavailability of parts???)
- The Service and Maintenance page is not showing a complete list of recalls and campaigns that the recall reminder page used to show (actually used to pop up whenever I logged in)
