Guys, sorry for a noob question, but do I need a Porsche Mobile Charger Connect in order to start preconditioning vehicle remotely? Or I can do that if it's connected to any charger/wall box whatsoever?

Good question!

No, any EVSE will do so the standard free one or 3rd party.

Thing to remember is that the control is with the car - profiles and timers and not the EVSE.

Just ensure you have a good cell connection from your mobile and to the car.
