Preheat issue with App?

My app hasn't worked for about 6 weeks, earliest slot I could get to get it sorted with Porsche is 7th Feb !

Everything works except preheat.

Is it just me or is anyone else having problems with the pre-heat on the app? It also fine a month ago, then after my 2nd service it stop working.

Same issue with me. Worked about 4+ weeks ago, but might be coincidence. Stopped functioning around the time the Porsche App was added to the PCM. Advised my Dealer and she indicated same issue with many people in the same time frame. Forwarded the Issue to Porsche Connect on my behalf. Looking forward to a resolution as I do not have a regular schedule and like the Pre-Heat function

Except Timers and Profiles won't function either via the App. Must be done in the car for me

YES!!!

My app keeps changing the details in my timer and profiles, even when I redo it, and go back 5 minutes later!
