Purchasing and adding features via.. Function On Demand

I am trying to buy and install ALK to my MY22 CT4( I have ACC). When I go to the Connect Store the only options to purchase are In-car Wi-Fi Hotspot powered by Verizon & Car Security Package.
Any one know how to add the feature via FOD?

Either you already have it installed or the VIN number is misaligned with the actual vehicle spec. Check with your dealer as this is very odd.

That's because you already have the other possibilities fitted as standard (UK spec) or factory optioned on the car.

For things like Innodrive you need ACC factory installed and so the optional Innodrive will only appear as FOD if you didn't specify at build time.

I have ACC factory installed, but do NOT have the other features. And there is no option shown to add them via FOD. My dealer has contacted someone at Porsche & they said this indeed is very strange & they are investigating it.

Yep - someone has slipped up but you should be able to add InnoDrive and Power Steering Plus if you don't have it already.

Mine is exactly the same, just have the data package. The car doesn't have Power Steering Plus or Innodrive (do have acc) so was expecting these to show up in FoD as available options.

Ok so something fundamentally awry here. Speak to your dealer and get some answers.

Same here: MY22 4S CT with ACC but no options other than security and data. Cannot add ALK, Innodrive or PIRM even if I wanted to (already have power steering plus).

Same problem here. Opened a ticket 2 month ago. Porsche is still investigating…….

no FOD options available besides security plus and data package ^^

Just received this message from Porsche Connect:

We just verified that FoDs are not yet available for MY22 Taycans. I will post the info in PPN Connect space.
