Range Drive Mode Configuration

Afternoon Folks,

From the PCM have lost my Range Drive Mode Configuration. Was taking a long trip & put the car like always when travelling far on Range & maximum speed it would let me drive was 55 m.p.h.
Had changed it to 70 m.p.h. since got the car in May but could not find RDMC to change back.
Never happened before & totally perplexed!

Would love your thoughts.

Yes mine disappeared last week also but has since re-appeared. There is nothing you can do but sit tight and trust that the menu item(s) (3 in total) re-appear.

You can override interim by simply kicking down on the throttle if needed.

Do you mean a fix to set the max Range speed?

If so, it isn’t a problem for me - has always been adjustable (set to 80mph) but a month or so I go I lost the menu item entirely but 2 days later it reappeared and is still there.

I hate to seem crass but it is in
the manual. you can call up the settings in the PCM and adjust the max speed. I believe the max speed in range mode max is 90MPH

It isn't crass however you missed the point of the question.

Some people have lost the range speed setting in their PCM (no way to alter) and for some it can pull off a Houdini trick and then reappear ( as happened to me).

yes, the menu for range mode config simply vanishes and may come back in a few days but currently this annoying game restarts every few weeks.
