Range mode configuration disappeared

Hi Guys,

Wondering if any of you have run into similar situation. Been playing around with the different drive modes.

My original range mode speed limit was 100km/hr, which is hard to stick to on the highway. Few days ago i went in to up the limit to 120km/hr. All good, can drive freely with all the other range mode settings (aircon, chassis, lift etc)

Today i noticed the speed limit was lowered to 90 9! it’s own. When i try to go in and change it range mode is gone (see below)

i can still “go to” range mode by the knob. but i can’t configure it at all anymore? I thought maybe i’m in range so i can’t configure. change to normal, go back to the menu. same thing.

Any of you guys seen this? any help will be greatly appreciated thank you.

Yes it happened to me and to others. You lose the menu where you can set the speed. Also makes cruise control useless in Range mode. Was gone for about three weeks then came back. The only thing I did different at the time was I did not plug the car in for 3 days. Don't know if that reset something or was just a coincidence.

So after three weeks ( then three days of not charging) it just came back one day?

Try logging in as Guest on PCM, then locking the car. Unlock and log in to your normal account. This worked for me

Thanks, didnt realize there was another thread on the same topic already,

i followed all the mentioned suggestions, none worked.. but it fixed itself after 3 days...
