So I've found a problem I can reproduce that I'm planning on fixing on my next dealership visit. While rolling down the road on a nice day, I decided to put the windows down. As all of you probably know, the buffeting is super uncomfortable. I rolled up the 2 front windows, then the right rear passenger window, then the left rear passenger window while moving down the road around 65mph. The left rear window would go up and then roll itself back down. It was impossible to roll it back up unless you did one of the following first:
I'd say that the engineers need to find a workaround if the buffeting is so severe that it nearly pushes the windows out of the closing tracks!
I'm still trying to find window positions of any kind that are comfortable so that you can enjoy the rushing wind without being pummeled by the buffeting!
Another problem I've found is a slight buffeting when all the windows are closed. It's almost like the buffeting noise you would hear in noise-cancelling headsets when the battery starts dying. It's not super irritating, but it's definitely there. I'd be curious how to cure that problem.
- Slowed the car under 40mph
- Rolled down the front windows
